The need behind the project
A store needs coherent links between invoices, inventory, payments and returns. Moving from a legacy system requires preserving item and document identities, clear roles and a usable experience across workstations.
02 /
How we approached it
We built a Windows application with Arabic sales, purchasing, inventory and cash-account workflows, using isolated copies for legacy import and review. The reviewed release is 1.1.62. This browser demo illustrates core logic; it is not the original desktop application or the store database.

Implementation and features
- Sales and purchase invoices, full or partial payment and outstanding balances.
- Barcode and name search with item images, prices and stock by warehouse.
- Inventory, suppliers, customers and quotations linked to item records.
- Returns and adjustments retaining an audit trail instead of deleting source documents.
- Cash accounts, expenses, transfers and daily or period closing reports.
- Accounts, permissions and change history with legacy-data preservation.
- Local-network workstations sharing a primary database, without silent fallback writes when disconnected.
- Receipt, invoice and report previews, per-device printer settings and adaptive layouts.

Explore the workflow
In the demo: add products, complete a sample sale, download its receipt, then refund it and review stock and cash. Sample purchasing and expenses show how balances move.
Try the demo ↗What this presentation covers
All demo data is synthetic and stays in page memory. It contains no real customers, stock or invoices. It demonstrates sales, refunds and basic movements, not every Windows feature, networking or production permission. Physical printer operation still needs store-device verification.

Who it suits
Retailers needing connected sales, stock and payment workflows.
Customization and handover
We agree your branding, languages, roles, reports and integrations, then define scope, testing and handover. Presenting this project does not offer its customer data, accounts or brand for sale.
