The need behind the project
A single WhatsApp link can overload one adviser and obscure inquiry source and status. The need is fair routing among available advisers, recorded requests and follow-up, and protection against duplicates and simultaneous submissions.

How we approached it
We built an independent WordPress plugin for advisers, leads and activity, with transactional database assignment and idempotent request keys. The Daal review release is separate from the legacy system. This public browser demo simulates the workflow with synthetic data and no connection to Daal or WhatsApp.

- Adviser administration, availability and optional WordPress-account linking.
- Round-robin routing among available advisers instead of one fixed recipient.

- Customizable WhatsApp handoff text for an approved adviser number, not bulk messaging.

- Configurable copy and form requirements, with compatibility and migration planning.
